These terms govern your use of Flux's non-custodial payment detection services and credit system. Last updated: June 12, 2025.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to Flux's non-custodial payment detection platform
- "Credits" refer to prepaid units used for payment detection services
- "Payment Detection" means monitoring and verifying Pi blockchain transactions
- "User" refers to any individual or business using our services
2. Credit System
By using our services, you agree to the following terms regarding our credit system:
- Credits must be purchased in advance of using our services
- One credit is consumed per successful payment detection
- Credits are non-refundable but do not expire
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- Unused credits remain valid as long as your account is active
3. Non-Custodial Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Flux never takes custody of or controls your Pi
- All payments occur directly between buyer and seller wallets
- You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses
- We only detect and verify transactions on the Pi blockchain
4. Service Usage
When using our services, you agree to:
- Maintain sufficient credits for your payment detection needs
- Not attempt to circumvent the credit system
- Provide accurate information for payment detection
- Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
5. Limitations of Liability
Flux is not liable for:
- Direct wallet-to-wallet transactions between users
- Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
- Blockchain network delays or issues
- Loss of Pi due to user error
6. Service Modifications
Flux reserves the right to:
- Modify credit pricing with advance notice
- Update payment detection algorithms
- Add or remove service features
- Change these terms of service with notice
